CANCELLATIONS OR POSTPONEMENTS

Edit & Style by Caterina maintains a 48hr cancellation and postponement policy.A rescheduling fee of $50 applies to appointments rescheduled within less than 48 hours’ notice upon all circumstances.In the event that a client does not show for a scheduled appointment, a no refund policy applies.

If unwell, showing signs of a fever or cold, even minor, could you please contact me to reschedule your session in the best interests of the health of us and our families.

CONFIDENTIALITY

I value the privacy of my clients. Discretion is guaranteed & personal information is kept secure.I take photos for your Look Book throughout our sessions.  Please advise if you are happy for me to use a few photos for my social pages with face showing, without face showing or not at all.

AVAILABLITY

My one-on-one consultation services are currently available to clients within Perth and surrounding suburbs. Package fees are based on services provided within Perth and a 25km radius. For a service outside of this locality, travel fees will apply. Please contact Cath before booking via email at editandstyle.perth@gmail.comI try and be as timely as possible with contact via email and messages, but please allow up to 48 hours for me to get back to you.

PAYMENT

All bookings require a non-refundable 50% deposit immediately upon booking to reserve your booking time. Remaining balance is to be paid prior to our consultation. Service provision is non-refundable after the appointment has concluded.

TIMINGS AND WHERE TO SHOP

A three-hour shopping session will mean we visit between 4 -6 stores within the same area.  Please indicate during the Style Consultation if there are any stores you specifically do or do not want to visit.  I will discuss the shopping venue and confirm your shopping plan via email.Please note that appointment times are scheduled for the day.  If, for any reason, you are running late, please text me.

Should Edit & Style by Caterina provide Third Party recommendations at a client’s request, Edit & Style by Caterina is held free of responsibility for third party services. Edit & Style by Caterina is not affiliated or sponsored by any third parties or retailers in any way. All advice given is personalised and in clients best interest.
